Everything flows? That would be nice! Many cities are on the verge of congestion and pollution collapse because cars and trucks push their way through the streets stop-and-go. New solutions for traffic control are urgently needed. For example, intelligent networks that keep traffic moving through better data availability and the close integration of IT and OT (operation technology such as traffic lights).
The first examples show the way: The city of Wiesbaden is doing pioneering work and is developing into a "smart city" with new traffic concepts. With our solutions for Intelligent Networks, we were able to make an important contribution to this.
