What are the requirements of dacoso's customers?
Our customers trust us because they need reliability in the data center, protection against cyber threats, and stable and scalable networks. Our solutions offer maximum availability and security so that companies can operate at all times. We ensure uninterrupted business operations and stable connections for our customers and protect them from attacks. We see ourselves as a partner who not only delivers this, but also keeps an eye on the issue during operation.
How do customers benefit from these solutions in concrete terms?
The Connect division deals with the lifelines of IT: data centers and locations must be reliably connected to each other while ensuring maximum availability and security. This applies to large environments such as international companies, data center operators, and hyperscalers. If a disruption occurs here, it is immediately noticeable. That is why we monitor such networks around the clock in our Network Operations Center. In the event of a failure, we respond immediately via remote access or directly at the customer's site. Our service team is on site within two hours throughout the DACH region to repair any damage.
The Protect area is all about detecting and stopping attacks early on. Small and medium-sized businesses often lack the time or personnel to operate a 24/7 security team themselves. They benefit from our managed cybersecurity services and our SOC, which is based in Germany. Our customers have direct contact with our SOC experts, who are very familiar with the respective infrastructure. We offer direct, competent help with short response times.
What does dacoso do to combat cyber risks and what solutions are used?
We work quickly and in a solution-oriented manner. And we protect data and identities across the entire network: from notebooks to networks to data centers and the cloud. We work with market-leading manufacturers who use AI technologies. These tools are complemented by the knowledge of our experienced experts. What trends will drive the industry in the coming years?
In cybersecurity, increasing regulation, for example through NIS-2 and DORA, is currently one of the strongest drivers. In addition, there are two strong technology trends: quantum-secure encryption and AI-supported threat detection. We already use both at dacoso.
